Salary: 30-40K
Notes:
•Shifting Schedule – must be willing to work in GY shift
•With ND working from 10pm-6am – 10% of hourly rate
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides first line support to authors, editors, subscribers, librarians, internal staff and others by providing timely, consistent, and accurate responses to their queries either through email, live chat, web form or phone support
Navigates client systems and assists users regarding the functionalities of the system for specific roles or for any technical difficulties that may be encountered
QUALIFICATIONS
•College level with relevant work experience
•Must have excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin language skills
•Must be able to understand and compose emails in English and Mandarin languages
•Must have Helpdesk and Remote support understanding and experience
•Must have general knowledge of PC applications such as Internet Explorer, Acrobat Reader, and Microsoft application (Outlook, Word, Excel)
•Knowledge of graphic file formats, postscript files, TrueType fonts and Postscript fonts are a plus.
•Proficiency in database entry and report generation are a plus.
•With strong reading comprehension skills
•With very good organizational and analytical skills
•Team Player and can work with minimum supervision
•Can work under pressure and on extended hours
• Willing to work on shifting schedule including graveyard and during holidays
